Cancellation Policy

Get2MyCard — Digital Business Card Platform

Note: "Get2MyCard" is a brand name of KK Marketing. All orders and cancellations are handled by KK Marketing.

Effective Date: January 12, 2026

Scope: This policy applies to all orders regardless of payment method.

1. Digital Service Cancellation

Important: Digital services are delivered instantly. Once accessed/used, cancellation is generally not possible.

1.1 When Cancellation is Allowed

  • Technical failure preventing service access
  • Duplicate payment for same service
  • Cancellation request within 1 hour of purchase (if service not used)
  • Service unavailable due to our technical issues

1.2 When Cancellation is Not Allowed

  • After creating/accessing your digital card
  • After using premium features
  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • Not satisfied with design/templates

2. Physical NFC Card Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation Timeframe

  • Within 24 hours: Full cancellation with refund
  • 24-48 hours: May incur processing fees
  • After 48 hours: Cannot cancel (in production)
  • After dispatch: Cannot cancel (in transit)

3. How to Cancel

3.1 Cancellation Methods

  1. Email: contact@get2mycard.com
  2. Include: Order ID, Registered Email, Reason
  3. We'll confirm within 24 hours

3.2 Refund After Cancellation

  • Refunds processed to original payment method
  • Digital services: 5-7 business days
  • Physical products: 7-10 business days
  • Bank processing may take an additional 2-3 days

Refund Method: All refunds go back to the original payment source used during purchase.
