Refund Policy

Get2MyCard — Digital Business Card Platform

Note: "Get2MyCard" is a brand name of KK Marketing. All payments and refunds are processed by KK Marketing.

Effective Date: January 12, 2026

Scope: This policy applies to all payments made through any payment method including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, QR Codes, Wallets, etc.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate Payments: Same order charged twice
  • Technical Errors: Payment deducted but service not activated
  • Service Issues: Paid service not working due to our fault
  • Physical Products: Cancelled before dispatch (within 24 hours)
  • Fraudulent Transactions: Unauthorized payments reported timely

1.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after digital service delivery
  • Not satisfied with design/templates after purchase
  • Physical products already shipped/dispatched
  • Delayed delivery (covered under shipping policy)
  • Refund requests after 7 days of payment

2. Refund Process

2.1 How to Request Refund

  1. Email to: contact@get2mycard.com
  2. Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]"
  3. Include: Order ID, Payment Method, Transaction ID
  4. Provide reason for refund request
  5. Attach payment proof (screenshot/receipt)

2.2 Refund Timeline

  • Request Review: 1-2 business days
  • Refund Initiation: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Amount Credit: 3-10 business days depending on payment method

3. Refund Method

Important: All refunds are processed back to the original payment source used during purchase.

3.1 Payment Method Specifics

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to same card
  • Net Banking: Refunded to same bank account
  • UPI: Refunded to same UPI ID
  • QR Payments: Refunded to linked account
  • Wallets: Refunded to same wallet

Note: Refund time varies by payment method and bank processing times.
