Note: "Get2MyCard" is a brand name of KK Marketing. All orders and invoices are processed by KK Marketing.

Important Notice: Our primary service is digital. Digital business cards are delivered immediately via email/link after purchase. This shipping policy applies ONLY to optional physical Business Metal NFC Cards.

1. Digital Service Delivery

Get2MyCard is primarily a digital service:

  • Digital Business Cards: Delivered instantly via email or shareable link upon successful payment
  • Account Access: Immediate access to your dashboard after registration/payment
  • Digital Features: All digital features are available immediately
  • No Physical Delivery: Core service requires no shipping

2. Physical NFC Card Shipping

For customers who purchase optional Business Metal NFC Cards:

2.1 Processing Time

All physical card orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment clearance.

2.2 Shipping Methods

We use reliable courier partners including:

  • DTDC
  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • Other reputed courier services

2.3 Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days after dispatch
  • Other Cities: 7-14 business days after dispatch
  • International: 15-25 business days (subject to customs)

2.4 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed during checkout. Free shipping may be offered on select orders.

3. Order Tracking

For physical NFC card orders:

  • Tracking number will be shared via email and SMS once order is dispatched
  • You can track your order on the courier company's website
  • Delivery notifications will be sent at key milestones
  • Contact our support if you don't receive tracking information within 7 days

4. Shipping Address

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide complete and accurate shipping address
  • Include contact phone number with area code
  • For apartments/offices, include floor number and any special instructions
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses

Address Correction: If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@get2mycard.com

5. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful:

  • The package will be returned to the nearest delivery hub
  • You'll receive notification to collect from the hub
  • Package will be returned to us if not collected within 7 days
  • Returned orders may be subject to restocking fees

6. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Political unrest or strikes
  • Technical issues with tracking systems
